The Northborough Board of Health has scheduled Wednesday, December 21, 2011, 2--4pm as the next seasonal flu clinic for ages 4 and up.

More Information
  • The Northborough Health Department has scheduled an additional flu clinic for the 2011-2012 season.
  • The clinic is available at no charge for persons four years old and up.
  • Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Please bring your insurance card with you (although persons without insurance are certainly encouraged to attend).
  • Please make sure to spread the word to any college students who may be home for the holidays.
  • There will be one nurse available so we are requesting that you pre-register to limit wait times. You can pre-register by contacting the Health Department via email at boh@town.northborough.ma.us or phone at 508-393-5009 or 508-393-5008 or by using the online registration at www.northboroughrecreation.com.
  • Upon check out choose "pay on line" to complete a registration form that is free.
