This class features teamwork, self-empowerment activities and fun fitness segments such as boot-camp, yoga, strength training and kick boxing. Healthy eating and fueling for sports are just a few of the great topics that will be covered in this 6 week program! Try something new and discover the “power” of YOU!! Run by Erin Mahoney, certified personal and fitness trainer.

Sessions 1 & 3 at SW Rec Center will run from 5-6pm, not 4:30-5:30 as listed in the brochure.
After School Programs
We are happy to be able to offer Girl Power as an after school program as well as at our 38 SW Cutoff location! Kids who are registered for after school programs at their school will be dismissed directly to the program, provided a dismissal note has been submitted to school in advance. Kids from other schools are welcome to participate but must provide their own transportation.
Erin Mahoney, AFAA-CPT & Certified Group Fitness Instructor, CPR Certified
Erin comes to Northborough Recreation with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. After serving 8 years in the United States Air Force as a medic Erin found a way to combine her healthcare experience and love of fitness. She has been a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor since 2001. She has held specialized certifications in yoga and kickboxing. Erin is a running coach who has trained both novice and marathon runners. Erin has created running and fitness programs for both children and adults. She designed and developed the fitness and empowerment program, Girl Power which she teaches in Hopkinton, Uxbridge, Milford and now Northborough! Erin is the owner of a health and wellness company, B3 Training, Inc.
