These summer clinics are open to all levels! 


Lacrosse Clinic for Girls
  • Open to All Levels....No Experience needed!
  • Girls will learn the basic skills of Lacrosse while having fun with teammates. Basic skills will include hand positioning, cradling, throwing and catching and defensive movements. These skills will be demonstrated and instructed through drill and game play. Come Join the fun!
  • Equipment needed: stick, mouthguard, goggles. Sticks can be borrowed if necessary.
  • Melissa Callender will be the Head Coach this week. She has 25 years coaching experience at the Youth, High School, and College level. She is a Physical Education and Wellness Teacher at Westborough High School, and is also the Varsity Lacrosse and JV field Hockey coach at Wachusett Regional High School.
  • Rain date on Friday, July 10 if needed.

Lacrosse Clinic for Boys
  • No experience needed to participate and minimal equipment is required. Lessons are created to teach fundamental lacrosse movements and provide an introduction to game principles. A series of interactive games bolster skills while emphasizing fun. Campers' favorites have been Lacrosse Golf, Monkeys and Gorillas, Water balloon toss, and Capture the Flag Lacrosse.
  • Equipment needed includes: stick, helmet and gloves; grades 1 – 4 will not need pads, grades 5 -8 will need them. Limited equipment is available upon request, call the Rec Dept at 393-5034 to request equipment.
  • Instructors: Matt Nofsinger, Current Head Boys Varsity Lacrosse Coach ARHS, 2 CMASS District Championships, 2-Time U.S. Lacrosse Coach of the Year, and additional staff as needed
  • Rain date on Friday, July 10 if needed.
